the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic temple of the jade mountain and vibrant street markets that make exploring the city so enjoyable.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room features large windows that offer decent natural light, making the space feel bright and airy. The furnishings have an elegant touch, providing a cozy atmosphere ideal for recovering from a travel exhaustion.
The shower needed better maintenance. water pressure fluctuated dramatically during use, which made it quite inconvenient. The bed creaked loudly with the slightest movement, disrupting sleep. Furthermore, the early morning announcements from nearby attractions are a constant disturbance, especially for light sleepers. On top of that, breakfast isn't included, which feels like a miss for a hotel of this caliber.

The reception team provided exceptional service. they always remembered my name and were eager to help. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of bustling Hanoi, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the spacious suite with a beautiful city view, perfect for soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. However, the hotel lacked breakfast options, which would have added to a better overall experience. I’d recommend requesting a quieter room if possible.

The staff provided exceptional service with a personal touch that made our visit memorable. I loved the spacious suite with a stunning city view that allowed us to soak in the vibrant atmosphere. The location in the heart of the old quarter made exploring restaurants and shops incredibly convenient.
